SHIPPING METHOD: Gift boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail. Plant Stake & Marketplace orders ship USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
HANDLING/TURNAROUND TIMES: We typically ship within 1-2 business days. Want your package to deliver later or around a specific date? Include your preferred delivery date in the "Order Notes" section available in your Cart before checking out. We'll do our best to ship based on your preference.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Please contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your gift for any reason. Due to the custom nature of our gift boxes, we do not accept returns but will do everything in our power to make it right - refund, exchange, etc.
