After placing your order, you’ll receive confirmation via email within a few hours (usually only takes a few minutes!). Once your item has been hand-packed, we will send another email including tracking where you can follow your gift as it makes its way to you or your recipient.

Unfortunately, due to the botanical (and oftentimes fragile) nature of our orders, we do not ship internationally at this time. But check back soon, as this could change in the future!
Sales tax is automatically added to your order on the checkout page. Taxes are calculated based on the delivery address you provide.
We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail with tracking confirmation.
We can! Since we use USPS for our shipping, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Every gift box is hand wrapped in our signature Paloverde gift boxes – we have two box options for you to choose from. A luxurious, lasting wooden keepsake box or a whimsical (and also very reusable!) mailer box. Our wooden boxes are shipped in a sturdy corrugated box for safe transit. Since this is a gift, we never include invoices or prices in your box.
If you picked a plant friend or fragile item to include in your box, we take great care in packing items so they arrive safely, while still maintaining a beautiful aesthetic as part of your gift box with our custom tissue paper... we love the little details!
Our gift collection is constantly changing! We only stock small batch products and unique goods sourced direct from creators, artists and indie brands so you’ll see many products return, but some are truly bespoke and one-of-a-kind, so if you spot something that tickles your fancy – grab it while you can!
Our plant selection also fluctuates based on what varieties are available from our nursery partner, and we strive to pick the healthiest and most striking plants for you to choose from.
Of course. All gifts come with a customized card and a handwritten note, which you’ll be able to specify before checking out. All we need from you is a heartfelt message!

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of each gift (and the love + devotion put into designing and packaging each gift box), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
But if you or a recipient are not 100% happy with your gift upon delivery, please email us at orders [at] paloverdebotanicals.com and will be happy to offer a refund or replacement product(s) - whatever we can to make it right!
