Ordering & Shipping
You sure can! Look for the calendar picker when customizing gift boxes and in your cart. Select your preferred ship date and we'll do our best to accommodate! Lock your gifts in now for a later delivery.
After placing your order, you’ll receive confirmation via email within a few hours (usually only takes a few minutes!). Once your item has been hand-packed and packaged with care, we will send another email including tracking where you can follow your gift as it makes its way to you or your recipient. We also will send you an email after your package has been marked as delivered, so you know exactly when to start the celebration (and the unboxing)!

We typically ship within 3 business days... but oftentimes, much sooner!
Gift Boxes: our gift boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days for delivery. And while sometimes USPS experiences delays, we find most packages arrive within that window.
Marketplace: depending on the weight and size of your order, our marketplace gifts will ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
We do, on occasion, ship internationally for large scale custom/corporate orders. But unfortunately, due to the botanical (and oftentimes fragile) nature of our orders, we do not ship individual gift boxes internationally at this time. But check back soon, as this could change in the future!
Sales tax is automatically added to your order on the checkout page. Taxes are calculated based on the delivery address you provide.
We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail with tracking confirmation.
We can! Since we use USPS for our shipping, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of each gift (and the love + devotion put into designing and packaging each gift box), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
But if you or a recipient are not 100% happy with your gift upon delivery, please email us at email@example.com and will be happy to offer a refund or replacement product(s) - whatever we can to make it right!
Paloverde x Plant Stakes
Our Disco Garden collection features three different sizes of disco ball plant stakes. These decorative plant accessories are the perfect finishing touch for your houseplant menagerie.
Our Plantscapes collection features four unique designs etched into mirrored acrylic. These decorative plant stakes will transport your houseplants to faraway destinations.
Currently, you can purchase our plant stakes through our online shop (click the Plant Stakes link above) as well as in person at select market events. Stay tuned for a list of retailers who also carry our plant stake collections.

Gift Boxes, Products & Packaging
Every gift box is hand wrapped in our signature Paloverde gift boxes – we have three box options for you to choose from. A luxurious, lasting wooden keepsake box, a whimsical gift mailer box and a sage green rigid gift box. All three options were designed to be reused, repurposed and even regifted. Our wooden gift boxes and sage green gift boxes ship in a sturdy corrugated box for safe transit. Since this is a gift, we never include invoices or prices in your box.
If you picked a plant friend or fragile item to include in your box, we take great care in packing items so they arrive safely, while still maintaining a beautiful aesthetic as part of your gift box with a delicate kraft paper origami wrapping each live plant... we love the little details!
Absolutely! We water and pack your plant right before shipping so they are as fresh as can be. That's also why we ship via USPS Priority for a fast transit time. Ordering ahead? We offer a preferred delivery date at check out so you can time your packages to arrive when you need them and with plants ready for gifting.
Of course. All our gift boxes come with a customized card and a handwritten note, which you’ll be able to specify before checking out. All we need from you is a heartfelt message!
Our gift marketplace is the perfect place to purchase one (or several!) of your favorite botanical inspired gifts outside of our gift boxes. Perfect as a treat for yourself or a loved one. Gifts purchased from our marketplace do not include a gift box or handwritten note.
Our gift collection is constantly changing! We only stock small batch products and unique goods sourced direct from creators, artists and indie brands so you’ll see many products return, but some are truly bespoke and one-of-a-kind, so if you spot something you love – grab it while you can!
Our plant selection also fluctuates based on what varieties are available from our nursery partner, and we strive to pick the healthiest and most striking plants for you to choose from.
We also offer a gift marketplace for unique one-off, botanical inspired finds perfect for yourself or a loved one. Our marketplace gifts change seasonally.
