Shipping policy

We ship all packages via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground with tracking confirmation. Gift boxes with live plants are sent via USPS Priority Mail to ensure the freshest delivery.

Our current turnaround time for sending packages is within 2-3 business days (although we often ship the next day).

For any packages that arrive damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email us for assistance. For missing packages, please contact your local post office for further assistance and notify us so we can take the same steps.
