If you're in the market for corporate gifts for the holidays, we recommend you start the process in August! You heard right. The summer months are the perfect time to get a head start on the holiday season and secure your place in our calendars.

More time means more thoughtful (and affordable) gift options.

The more time we have to work together in advance of your target ship date, the more opportunity to create the best custom corporate gifts they'll love, which can come in at a better cost when longer lead times are possible.

We book custom and corporate gifting projects on a first-come, first-serve basis. When you lock in your corporate gifting with us on the early side, you get top priority for the perfect send date, and the perfect date can bake in time to avoid/account for any potential shipping delays, with your corporate gifts arriving perfectly on schedule.

Your Personalized Corporate Gifting Timeline

Intro Call (30min): set up an introductory call with us here. We'll discuss your brand and gifting goals, quantities, timeline, custom branding ideas, and other key project details.

Proposal (4-5 days): our team will come back to you with a pdf proposal including several gift box recommendations with custom mock-ups and pricing.

Feedback & Final Details (2-3 days): Once you're 100% happy with the gifting plan, your ship dates are locked in with our team and we're ready to rock!

Production & Assembly (3-8 weeks): Your gifts and packaging elements are ordered. Based on the level of customization and your final gift choices, we can typically ship as soon as 3-4 weeks. Some of our favorite orders feature incredible branded gifts, custom logo boxes, and more. Those orders can typically take 5-6 weeks from final details to ship date. Our most luxurious gifting options take up to 8 weeks to arrive in-hands. The more time you have for this step, the better (allows for extra time for covid supply delays, approvals of custom branded elements + more!).

Shipping & Fulfillment (1-5 days): All gifts and custom packaging have arrived! Now the magic happens. We package each gift box with care, double-checking every detail looks perfect. As gift boxes are fulfilled, we update your shipping grid with tracking confirmation numbers so you can track arrivals in real-time.
